How long does shipping take?

Do you ship worldwide?

Can I personalize my necklace?
Absolutely! All of our necklaces are fully customizable with names, letters, or special words. Just fill in the personalization box on the product page before checkout.
What if I made a mistake with the name or personalization?
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to correct it before the production process begins.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, please check our Return Policy and reach out and we’ll make it right.
Will the jewelry tarnish or rust?
No! Our pieces are made with high-quality materials, such as stainless steel and 18k gold plating, designed to be water-resistant and long-lasting.
Can I wear my necklace in the shower or pool?
Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant, so it's safe to wear in the shower or at the beach. For even longer shine and durability, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes or lotions.
